This is what hair flair thinks is “quality.” I booked an appointment to get 4 bundles installed. The final result of my hair was not shown to me when it was straight, the girl who did my hair curled it immediately. I should’ve realized at the time how big of a red flag that was. She told me to go home and wash my hair and it would “fluff up” because when the hair is fresh it looks a little lifeless, again red flag. The first photo is what it looked like once I washed and straightened it. Immediately I called hair flair and told them there was a huge shelf in my hair, not to mention the synthetic feel to the hair and how stripey it was. They told me to come back so they could take a look. The way they phrase it makes me laugh because they won’t say they’ll fix it they just say they’ll look at it. Anyways, I came back in and I was assigned to the same girl who told me she didn’t really see a problem with my hair and she had already installed it as high up as she could. I have had extensions in the past so I know how they should look and how to style them but she tried to say that I may not be styling them right. She told me she could try to cut it and blend it. I asked her if she thought I needed more hair and she told me no because there wasn’t any room to even add more hair. She repeated this process of cutting my hair and showing me to see if it looked better and it still did not look good. At this point I felt mildly gaslighted because no accountability was being taken and every excuse in the book was being handed to me. I ended up just giving up and leaving. The second photo is after her cutting my hair and “fixing” it. I called hair flair a second time to let them know how disappointed I am with their services and the lack of quality in their products. They offered for me to come back in to surprise “take a look at it”, but they said it sounded like I need more hair. First of all, I was told there was no where to put more hair in and second of all you're really suggesting I spend more money because you just couldn’t do it right the first time? I knew that if I drove all the way there it would be a waste of my time and gas again. The third picture I posted is after I went to a different extension tech outside of hair flair with the exact same hair and the same amount of bundles. All that needed to be done was different placement, but hair flair was too lazy to do that for me. I clearly didn’t need more hair because it looks great now that someone else fixed your mess. As customers we pay good money expecting to get the quality service you advertise so much about. A lot of people noticed how bad my hair looked and it was embarrassing, but I think it’s even more embarrassing for you as a business to let people walk around like that.

I’ve worn extensions for 12 years - multiple types and have never been AS impressed as I am with the hair quality and overall method of the nano bead technique from Hair Flair. It is BY FAR the most comfortable, discrete, non-damaging method I’ve had and I would never go back to any other method. I've had hair extensions on and off for a few years! I absolutely love Hair Flair Extensions, Kelsi has always been so informative and helpful as have the rest of the Hair Flair team! Highly recommend to anyone considering hair extensions!
Where to start! Their Technicians are so unprofessional. Oakville location and toronto location. One couldn't color match and didn't order me the right amount of hair because installing 6 bundles is too much work. After 48 hours 12 slipped out of my hair. She said she would come fix it she never did, she would make appointments and either cancel or wouldn't show up. Toronto location girl over charged me and took 3 hours to install 6 bundle, even before leaving her salon i had slipping already . Ending up going back and she had to double bead and still after 8 weeks had 15 slipped. Either her training ain't good or she is approving anyone Hair quality horrible. This photo is of a 6 month old extension which i only wore for 8 weeks, these are two different extension that broke. I had to take them out until i for a proper person who isn't from hair flair to install. Thank goodness i did . The quality is horrible so thin at the end bonds are horrible and the lady blamed me saying i hit it with the hot iron. I know the difference. Oh ya and slipping is caused because i touched the books with my hands. Horrible company horrible customer service horrible quality. Glad i finally found a professional with good quality hair and 0 slipping... like ZERO
So I have to say I want here to get my hair done when I move to London. I enjoy it there loved all the beautiful women there and thought they are really nice, so I want there a few time and love Jen the tech that was doing my hair. Had my eight week maintenance to do, after going there now I found out that she is no longer there. The question I have is the texts that are there now are saying that they can’t give me Jenn’s phone number but they can give me a number to another tech that would be their competitors, so why not let someone keep the same customer that they had.
I just wanted to say thank you to melanie. You have done an amazing job on my new hair I love it. I can't believe I waited this long to come by. What a huge difference I truly love the work you did Melanie. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
I LOVE Hair Flair extensions! I went to the London location, and all the girls are so fun & easy to chat with. I've had my hair done twice with them, and both times they colour-matched me perfectly, addressed any concerns I had and really took the time to walk me through the proper hair maintenance required to keep my extensions looking and feeling healthy. I also LOVE the length goals shampoo they sell would definitely recommend.
