We had our toilet fixed up stairs and the man who came today was very professional and chatted.nWe have a down syndrome son who was asking this man so many questions and the man was only to happy to give our boy a break down of what he was doing and why which was so sweet and lovely. Brilliant service and will use again. Thank you.
I have just had a new kitchen fitted, i cant fault shaun the plasterer and jason the electrician they were here at 8.30 and got on with the job.nI am a bit disappointed with the sizes of the cupboards there not as wide as my old ones and also there isent any double wall cupboards put up.well done lads.
Fortunately, I have not had to use RFT services to have any actual building repair work done.nnUNfortunately, they decided to fit a keysafe on my property WITHOUT my permission and WITHOUT letting me know beforehand.nnHow unprofessional can one company be? Be warned, if they are operating in your area then they may well end up damaging your property as well because apparently they don’t bother checking with occupants before drilling holes in walls.nnTo make matters worse, my property isn’t even a part of the housing association that they’re a part of! I’m a private owner/occupier and this appalling company couldn’t be bothered to clarify this.nnTheir immediate response was “we’ll take it down tomorrow”. So nice and considerate of them to not only trespass onto my property and damage my house, but to also leave me with a burglar magnet overnight!nnIt will be interesting to see how they go about repairing the damage they have caused. My expectations couldn’t be lower, I’ll update the review accordingly as time goes on.
Speak as you find i always say.nI find Flagship or the other name it has now which I cannot remember sorry, 1st class, yes i do have to wait as not classed an emergency which in grand scheme of things, its not tbf, so still waiting to be fixed however, i find those on phone to those fixing whatever tremendous and like to say Thank You to them all. Hope you people all have a good week
