Great service Took my iphone 5C in as was completely dead. The member of staff was very helpful and told me it was probably the LCD screen or battery. I left it with them. Within a few hours had a call to say all done. When they handed back the phone I said how much do I owe you and they said no charge. They took the phone apart and found some loose parts which they sorted. Brilliant service, 100% recommend
Rated 5 out of 5 stars 26 May 2022 The phone shop team are just so nice The phone shop team are just so nice! Helpful, polite, skilled, decent, honest guys. So cheered me today fixing a 'silly old woman' problem without making me feel stupid!
A very good service A very good service. When I came in with my phone they very quickly identified the issue, quoted the price and highlighted possible issues with the repair. The repair took the exact amount of time they estimated it would and they were very prompt in letting me know when it was fixed. As they had identified at the beginning, because of a dent in the frame of my phone, the new screen I needed wouldn't sit quite in place but they have told me they can easily reset it if there are future issues. This plus the 3 month warranty, their willingness to hold onto my phone longer until i could come to collect it and the fact that my phone works great again mean I am a very happy customer.

Fantastic local repair shop! Smashed my iPhone 8 screen on a night out. Staff were friendly, knowledgable and the repair was done within the hour. Left with a brand new screen, screen guard and case - fully protected at a fair price. Would highly recommend these guys!!

Staffwas super helpful. My iPhone wasn’t charging. Thought I needed a new port but he cleaned it for me at no cost and it’s all sorted. Thank you so much! Will be coming here in future for any phone stuff!
