5 Stars for Five Star Nails - Christmas was my first experience of having my nails professionally done - I had them red and glittery and I had tons of compliments - I kept them going for 3 weeks and have been back 3 times since - really pleasant people, fast and efficient and reasonably priced, great choice of colours and finishes - and I would recommend them.

After only five days of having gel nails they began to peel. My nails became extremely painful and sensitive which has caused me a great amount of discomfort. My nails are now flimsy and soft, easily breakable and have split. Not wanting to go back to the nail salon and waste even more of my money after paying £18 in the first place I brought my own acetone. The remaining gel nail varnish took two days to get off and even after a month they are still stained, painful and soft. I do not recommend going to this place but if you want soft, easily breakable, damaged and painful nails then be my guest.

If I could leave a 0 star rating then I would. The people at this place are rude and only care about money. I experienced awful quality service when I wanted to change the colour of my nails. I personally do not find it okay to yank your customers hand towards you, continuously shake your head or make rude noises when your client doesn't hold their hand in the right way and talk in a different language so that the customer cannot understand what you are saying about them. I also repeatedly showed my discomfort which was ignored and have left with ruined nails that are painful and falling apart underneath the false nails. The acrylics are an awful shape and the gel i got on top looks awful and is on the skin around my nails which was attempted to be removed by the person doing my nails shoving his long, nails into my skin which was not only painful but unhygienic, I also think it was intentional to cause pain. Not only this but if you ring to book a slot, you might as well not bother as they over book and just let anyone in which leaves waiting times to over half an hour. Do not get you nails done here.

Beautiful nails💅and amazing choices of colours the staff are really friendly and helpful😁I would never go anywhere else😊I love it there❤the nan is are super good quality😄😃

Had my nails done here today they look amazing 😉 but some are out of shape so it’s only 4 stars from me
