Great burger restaurant with lots of seating space. Ordered medium fries with was double the normal size of other modern fast food joints. I was surprised that they actually sell alcohol which is unlike other similar restaurants like MacDonalds and Burger King. I was very much impressed with the service and they were not stingy with the mayo or tomato ketchup sachets as well
The location is really good as it is opposite Ealing Broadway station so a good, easy venue to find. It is also well signed from the outside and the colours red & white are distinct. It is not somewhere I would return to too often. Not because of service simply because it isn't really the kinda place I would frequent, nor does it offer the kind of food i would normally choose. As it is heavy on the carbs! Was taken there and it felt a bit of a mash up between Wendy's, an American dinner, and a motorway service station! I obviously haven't bought into the marketing. The service at the point of ordering was patient yet basic. It was ok as the team were polite and pleasant but you could see that this was fast fast food, getting through to the next person. Understandable, but as a customer paying a good amount - more service is required! The tables and decor feeels a bit tacky and 70's. Basic high use and rather similar in feel to what the losers would get on The Apprentice! So yes I think a bit more investment in comfort should be there however the business probably wants to encourage people to "eat & go" rather than "eat & chill" so it probably works. The food wasn't quite to my taste as it was all rather salty for my palate however others with me loved it, so it is a matter of taste. The decor around the walls left something to be desired. Mainly from GQ magazine so was maybe a little sexist in that the magazine is for men! I think it might be good for loads of mates to go, and/or families. Give it a try maybe i am not the target audience. Not for me but certainly has a place on the high street. Kid-friendliness: Loads of space for kids and teenagers
My first meal comming directly from Gatwick airport was this Five guys. Very tasty and delicious, fresh fries and overall very satisfied with service and cleanliness. Do recommend!Recommended dishesCheeseburger with Bacon, Cajun Fries
These staff clearly hate their job and this place shouldnt be open. There is absolutely no customer service, a medium fries takes about 10-15 minutes for these clueless people to make. There is food just sat on the counter with no protection or hygiene. They are constantly shouting at eachother. There was a woman trying to use the toilets but got no help, she waited for 5 minutes but when she left I heard the staff laughing at her. Never dining here again.
Famous burger chain serving excellent chips and all-you-can-drink soft drinks. Service can range from excellent to very mediocre. Location is perfect and the dining area is huge. Great choice for a casual bite.Food: 5/5
I had a great time eating delicious food at your restaurant. The waiters and waitresses were committed to great service especially blonde lady unfortunately forgot her name. All staff were very friendly and polite .Most importantly, burgers and shakes on your menu tasted great!5 stars from me !
Ordered two bugers home delivery on Friday night. The chips were hot the burgers were totally cold, and congealed, and needed warning in the microwave. For £26 l got a couple of Rustlers. The burgers had sat on the side, not freshly cooked. Rip off. Recommend ordering from Burger King in Acton instead... cheaper and way closer to premium. Five Guys sent me this reply: 'Response from the owner 5 hours ago Hello Rich G, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review about your delivery order. As everything is cooked fresh to order, we prepare the food to be ready for the allocated collection time as set by the delivery partner. Unfortunately, this can be affected by rider punctuality and availability to which we have no further information once the order has left the store. If you wish to dispute this then please do so directly with the delivery partner. We have shared this with the team to ensure they know the standards when it comes to our delivery orders, and that this will not happen again in the future.' Thanks for getting back to me. I don't think you can blame the delivery guys this time. The delivery arrived in ten minutes, the chips were super hot and the burgers were cold. The fact is they left the restaurant like that. If the whole order had been cold, maybe you could have blamed the delivery people. The burgers were not freshly cooked. This is the second time this has happened, so I don't hold out much hope for it not happening again in the future.
Very very angry and disappointed. I ordered a vanilla and Oreo milkshake only to find when I get home that it has Reese’s pieces added. I’m highly allergic to peanuts and nuts. Luckily I was home and not out otherwise I don’t know what would’ve of happened. If my partner didn’t taste it first I would’ve been in serious trouble.
Sudden rainstorm made us go here sober. What a difference it made. It's not inedible but they really don't taste as amazing as when you've had a beer. Huge amount of nice fries though.Food: 2/5
Excellent. Always good fresh food, well looked after premises and great staff. Probably the best burger and chips in town. Not too expensive either.Food: 5/5
