Our first visit to a five guys and we were not disappointed. The bacon double cheese burgers, fries and milk shakes were all excellent, rather than a toasted cheese sandwich I will put it towards another cheese burger. Five guys five stars.
I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to after the service I got from Sam the General Manager of the store. Long story short I requested a refund for my online order due to an error on my end and he was blew me away with his service and follow-up. He deserves particularly mention. Thanks Sam, five star service.

I went to this resturant and the experience was pleasent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was prepared quickly and it was delicious. There was no hassle at all and i would definitely go back!
Delivered what seemed like day before reheated chips. Burger was totally tasteless and the shake flavourless. All in all one of the worst burgers I have had in my life
Very very friendly and attentive staff. Great that most additional toppings are free. Great tasting Cajun fries. They don't require sauce. Great sized burgers
