I have been using Fitness Plus now for over twelve months. After working with Will and his team to achieve my own goals, I have to say I'm hooked. A friendly, stress-free environment to work out in. I love it. The whole team are great to work with. Thanks guys.
Love this gym. Very local and handy. Great price and plenty of time to visit either during the day or at weekend. Equipment is great quality. Recently had PT sessions which I massively enjoyed and gave me shout more confidence to use the weights rather than just crack on with the cardio Staff all friendly and helpful too. Keep it up!!!
Excellent gym. I feel really at home there. It is also an excellent concept ; 24 HOURS opening, members letting themselves in. The atmosphere is relaxed yet purposeful, friendly , yet professional. Would suit any serious Keep Fit convert, down to the ground. Many thanks Will and the rest of the staff.
