The only true personal Training facility in Burnley. Small, family run and gets results. I love working with these guys - they work you hard and you get results if you are motivated & committed. I love the small group classes as a PT top up and the knowledgeable staff have really helped me get fit again with rehab after a knee injury (torn cruciate ligament) Give this place a try - you won't regret it.

Fantastic gym. Staff so friendly, experienced and dedicated. This has helped me more than years of Physio and Osteopaths. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Fantastic personal training centre. All started 4 years ago when I was bought 2 months personal training sessions for a Christmas present. Since then never looked back. Gone from couch potato to running half marathons and completing tough mudders with the FX team. The friendliest and best personal training centre in Lancashire ( my opinion). If you want help to change your lifestyle , get fit and reach your potential pick up the phone. It will be the best decision you ever made
