I've been using Fitfile for the past 7 years and cannot recommend Tim and the team enough. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and has always found the root cause of any injury. His treatment is extremely good value for money and the most effective and efficient treatment is always provided. Both he and his staff have great customer service skills a warm welcome is always in store. Having now moved to Reading, I will struggle to find treatment that competes with the service I have received from Fitfile over the years.

As a Personal Trainer I have known Tim for more than 20 years. In that time I have found Tim's knowledge, expertise and level of professionalism within Physiotherapy second to none. I would strongly recommend Tim to anyone for treatment as he is highly qualified, honest and extremely passionate in helping people recover from their injuries. Over the years Tim has always managed to help me overcome back pain, sporting injuries etc. Tim has a wide field of expertise, but is always willing to refer to you on to a doctor if he feels that you need it. Simply BRILLIANT ! I cannot give enough praise for Fitfile, they told me where the problem was and how it would be cured and never tried to add extra treatments when only a few were needed. A fab ab and friendly set up and if you get Tim you also get a comedian. Sorted my daughter out as well. Top marks and thank you. Ian Calvert, Plymouth. Knee & neck issues.

Was referred to Tim by my physiotherapist as I have Tendinosis in the knee, which has been causing me severe pain for two years, was struggling to drive and walk up and down stairs. I am so glad I was referred to Tim As I had been to specialists and doctors in the past who said there was nothing they could do. On first seeing Tim, he said my Tendinosis was the worst case he had ever seen in all of his years of experience. He was brilliant. One of the first things he said was 'we'll get it better'. After two visits my knee has improved dramatically and I have no more pain driving or going up the stairs! I would highly recommend Tim to anyone, he is one of the nicest men I have met and extremely professional in his job. You will not be disappointed and he is well worth the money.

I was referred to Tim from a consultant after years of Achilles tendon issues. Tim was positive, knowledgeable and most importantly convinced that the shock wave treatment would blitz my tendentious problem quickly. Needless to say 10 weeks later ( and with the recommended rehabilitation exercise regime) I am more than happy with the results. For all the above reasons and the fact that Tim is a top chap, i would not hesitate to recommend him.... Thanks Tim
