Nikki and katie will put you through your paces and have you feeling fit4 anything in no time. Their amazing energy so early in the morning is just what you need to really work hard. Friendly warm environment a breath of fresh air from a corporate chain.

Definitely 5 stars can't praise this gym enough been going about 2 months now was apprehensive as i was feeling very fat and unhealthy , the team at fit4it are fantastic  know there stuff  and very supportive friendly and knowledgeable. Since going I have toned up considerably lost inches and weight and feel so much better in myself thanks so much fit4it x

Everyone here is so knowledge and positive, I really enjoy the variety of classes I attend, knowing there is so much encouragement there gives me the confidence to continue towards my goals.
