Owner, Sally McGann, opened her boutique in 2000, having previously owned a Health Spa and she saw the boutique as an important step towards women becoming more conscious of breast care. "We believe that what makes us special and different to many others stores is our ability to help ladies feel great in the lingerie they are wearing, whilst also being confident they are investing in the best possible choices for their health and breast care".

I've just got home from my bra fitting this morning. I can honestly say my new bra is so comfy, gives me a lovely uplifting shape. I feel much more confident and can't thank the ladies enough. Would highly recommend Fit To Bust. Thank you once again ladies
I had a wonderful experience with Fit to Bust. The staff made me feel incredibly comfortable from the moment I walked in. They provided me with high-quality items that perfectly suited my needs and preferences. I am extremely pleased with the excellent service and personalised attention I received. Highly recommended!
I made an appointment to visit the shop in February, upon visiting the store the lady who works there Karina is lovely and managed to get everything I required. I mentioned I was away in 3 weeks and would the knickers I bought that matched the bras be in by then. I was told yes they should well be in by then. After that I had some messages going back and forwards through instagram, with regards to another swimsuit I had purchased and it was sent out by Sally the owner Whilst this was going on I kept messaging asking when my knickers would be in and had no message back. I then had to call up the shop where the owner Sally spoke to me in such a rude manner with the given that I had spent a lot of money with her just a few weeks before and last year when I purchased a few sets. When I asked her about my under garments she had mentioned that her Co worker Karina was unwell and that her health was more important that my knickers being sent to me. all I asked Sally to do was contact Karina to see if they had been dispatched as Sally wasn’t sure?! She made me feel so bad for me asking for my items I had purchased off her. Totally unprofessional and not the way you expect to be spoken to. My suggestions are if your going to visit the shop makes sure you see Karina and not Sally! I do not normally write a bad review as I think it isn’t required but on this occasion I felt the need as I was quite annoyed by the correspondence.
I took my 82 year old Mum after a mastectomy for a proper fitting with her prosthetics. After Cancer my Mother was low in mood, however they made her feel so good about herself, explained what they do etc. Took her today for collection and fitted them for her. They have done an amazing job at restoring my Mothers confidence and look, I cannot thank you enough. Amazing staff & Shop.
Had to cancel an appointment after I called up to ask about price and realised it was out of my budget. I had only booked the appointment the day before, so I tried to call as soon as they opened to give them as much notice as I could. I understand that it wasn’t ideal, but I didn’t want to waste their time doing a fitting if I couldn’t afford to buy a bra from them. There was no indication of price online or over the phone when booking. I was made to feel really stupid on the phone. I was told I wouldn’t be able to book again in the future as I had cancelled too last minute. She then asked me where I get my bras from, and I was just told that mine were made in Bangladesh, were cheap and not as high quality as theirs. Unfortunately not everyone can afford to spend £65-£80+ on a bra, I lost my job in December and was just trying to do something nice for myself. The call ended with her saying ‘your appointment is cancelled, enjoy your Panache bras’ which I found incredibly condescending and rude. I’d have loved to come back and treat myself once I was in a financial position to do so, but unfortunately my experience on the phone and the complete lack of empathy has put me off.
Never did I think I would get emotional in a bra fitting, but I did! The bra that was picked out by eye, I might add gave me an instant lift, ZERO shoulder discomfort and gave me a figure. Very happy, will be back!
Service was attentive. Bras are beautiful however after buying and wanting to look at different colours i found my bra online for half the price and other colours on sale for a 1/3. Paying £75 for a bra that is £42 on the website cannot be justified. So sad as love supporting local businesses but an 80% mark up is crazy
Good bra sizing service, but there was a lot of prodding and poking without ever asking if it was okay. Left feeling a little bit violated and upset by the encounter, despite the sizing being good and informative.
I have been recovering from a severe episode of anxiety and depression. As you can imagine I was very anxious about getting a bra fitted, but booked a fitting as a recovery treat. I was welcomed in with kindness and put totally at ease straight away by both Sally and Karine. I was given an excellent, professional service throughout and have returned since and will again in the future. The bra’s are so comfortable, look gorgeous and are definitely worth the price. Would 100% recommend!
I’ve just got back from visiting Fit to Bust for the first time. As soon as me and my friend arrived I was asked where I usually get my bras from. After saying I often get my bras from Primark, the owner told me “this isn’t the right place for you” in a very patronising way. She proceeded to tell me that their prices start at £130 so I’d be better off somewhere else. She didn’t give me the chance to explain what I wanted from a bra or what my budget was and continued to reiterate that I was in the wrong shop. I felt embarrassed and I won’t be going there again.
