Fantastic customer service, this store is a hidden gem and staff are so professional and educated in what they do. I don't know why I'd never been here before. Animal welfare is clearly their top priority which should be everywhere but sadly that's not the case. Thank you we are delighted with our new shrimp. Will never purchase aquatic supplies anywhere else
Very helpful professional staff, the store is well looked after and all the fish are in excellent condition, definitely worth a visit.
Enjoyed our wee trip to purchase some fish for our small tank. The man who helped us was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He helped us make an informed selection for our tank and gave us a good deal on the fish we purchased. He advised us to choose a few and wait at least a week to see how they settle in before buying anymore. The place was empty as we went up shortly after it opened for the day. There was hand sanitiser at the entrance and the place was clearly marked out with the direction to enter and exit the store. There is loads of stock to choose from and a huge range of tanks, accessories and plants from indoor to outdoor ranges. I'd thoroughly recommend this place for all your aquatic needs. Looking forward to going back soon.
Much more well stocked than other fishkeeper stores I've been to the only downside is the location, you need to walk though about 5 other stores in a sort of warehouse to find it.
Brilliant shop. Helpful staff and great selection of fish and everything that's needed to care for them.

Unfortunately I don't know the name of the chap that served us but he was very knowledgeable on ponds and gave us a good bit of information. Ultimately my husband and I had to make a decision between two and are very happy with the product we bought. I would also add that I had previously been at Fishkeeper Braehead within Dobbies and didn't find the young lad very knowledgeable there. Some training needed at that branch.
Very helpful friendly staff , variety of different fish all sizes would recommend.
Always friendly staff with great advice and information! Latest purchase was some beautiful angels!
Excellent service, and even got a call back to say that there was a larger piece of equipment instead of the smaller one. How many stores would bother to do that. Will definitely use for all my fish products!
