Reviews
Purchased the item in December. Reported it faulty a few days later and requested a return. They have ignored my emails, telephone calls, and online form request to deal with this matter. I’ve had to take the matter to PayPal To get them to answer me and it’s taken 2 months for them to agree a refund. I’ve got to pay for the return myself and I just know I’ll end up having to then report them to reclaim the delivery costs next. I really just would not use this company. They are all very well and good when things aren’t going wrong but as soon as there is an issues they just don’t give a dam. I really would stay away from this company because it will Cost you more in the long run. They don’t give a dam that they have sent you faulty products. From the 1 star review below mine I’m expecting a rocky ride trying to recover a refund and the cost to return the faulty item. They can’t say I’ve been rude however no doubt they will try and accuse me of something too. We can’t both be wrong as we are clearly receiving the same treatment by this company.
Shocking service. Will not refund our £135 even though the item has been returned. They won’t respond to emails and telephone calls. I would actually give zero stars if I could. *** Following on from the sellers reply, firstly we have offered CCTV footage and Ring Door Bell Footage to prove we were not rude. Also to incriminate our neighbour is pretty shocking. Buyers be very wary when dealing with this company and if the courier is DPD, then be careful as they will not leave the parcel where asked and report you if you ask them too. I am glad Google aren’t as easily manipulated as EBay and keep truthful reviews standing *** By the way would love to see the tracking number you gave to eBay to say the item had been delivered as DPD confirmed the item was returned to them. Also as you refuse to even update us to where our money is I called twice on Friday and you didn’t return my call so this is the only way we can get our point across and come to a resolution.
Absolutely shocking service provided. I ordered a bedchair bag last year that arrived over 2 weeks late only a few days ago. I was offered a refund and told them I'd buy another bag elsewhere. I did so and then after purchasing a new bag they refused the refund they originally offered me as they had finally found my lost item. That's their fault not mine. The Guy who runs the online requests was extremely cocky and was less than helpful. Just utterly poor customer service I'm afraid. I'll swerve using them in future. Tbh they aren't exactly cheap to buy from anyway.
Once you have clicked the pay button the company are on it straightaway with super quick delivery, I had a minor issue with a product and the company were very quick to rectify, communication and service are outstanding, I would highly recommend Fishing Tackle 2 Go Ltd
Fox r series 2 Man xl inc inner dome couldn’t find anywhere that had stock but fishing tackle 2 go had some and 50-60 pounds cheaper than anywhere else would have been keep you updated with delivery’s etc came on time would definitely order from them again
Popped into the watton shop today, and was very impressed! Lovley people to deal with, and went out of their way to show me some really nice quality products. Very happy with my new fishing chair! Good luck for the future.
Paid for goods which got lost by royal mail who gave a complaints reference so fishingtackle2go could claim back, ive given the claims reference from royal mail to fishingtackle2go so they can now claim but they are not resending the goods . Absolute poor service will never order from these again
Great service. Somehow managed to order an out of stock seat box that was limited edition and no longer available. They phoned next day and rectified issue and sorted an alternative. Another occasion had a damaged large item arrive. They arranged a new delivery and exchange on a day that suited me within a few days of letting them know of the issue. Very friendly. Will definatly use again even though had a couple of minor issues. They are quick to respond and resolve!
Fantastic service, great communication. One of the best customer services I have dealt with. I ordered a bivvy to which one if the storm poles had been machined wrong. Within 24 hrs they had sorted out the problem with the supplier and notified me that another one was being sent out asap when recieved. I would highly recommend FishingTackle2Go to anyone.
