I have been seeing Bethan at Fishguard Chiropractic Clinic for about 12 years now, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. There is always a friendly welcome from the moment you walk in the door until the time you leave. I have  been visiting Bethan for several years but have recently committed to a membership plan and am benefitting from regular treatment. I am pain free and have much better freedom of movement. I can now stride out again thanks to Bethan.

If you're unsure as to whether to go to Wintern House, whether it be to see a chiropractor, massage, yoga, pilates, talking therapy, acupuncture or sports therapy....just DO IT! I've been seeing Beth now for over a year and am now on a maintenance regime which I wouldn't and couldn't be without. I honestly don't know why it took me so long to book an appointment there. It's a beautiful environment to visit and the whole team are just lovely, kind and caring. May Wintern House Health go from strength to strength...

I was recommended to Bethan at The Fishguard Chiropractic Clinic, by a friend; another client of Bethan. I was very impressed by the thorough initial appointment, which included an in depth holistic questionnaire. I pretty much knew from that point on I was in safe hands. Bethan’s approach has been a mixture of small manipulation each timeagain re-assuring, exercises and stretches recommended, with continual checking of progress. The all encompassing approach on all areas of health,  has been refreshing. My overall health has improved and physically re-gained mobility and strength which has increased overall life satisfaction. A shout out to the administration side of the team, always happy to help when something crops up and most welcoming in reception. I’ve always had a great experience at Wintern House. The staff are all very friendly and professional. I am a regular with chiropractor Bethan. She is very knowledgeable and her adjustments definitely make a difference. I originally went for a bad back, but she has helped with all sorts of niggles since. I have also been to a few classes and used other healthcare practitioners and therapists at Wintern House, all excellent. I always recommend Wintern House and especially Bethan to my friends.

The team at Fishguard Chiropractic have really helped sort my neck and back issues out, allowing me to sleep better with fewer niggles, and progress with my exercising.  Lovely team, knowledgeable and approachable.  Thanks in particular to Amy
