Saskia was very helpful and understood mine and my sister's needs and she's been very good with communications and assisting us with planing our mum's funeral. The 'viewing room ' needs attention - the lighting was awful not soft there were cheap plastic flowers in the corner - simply put the room was not fit for purpose so I decided not to see my mum after seeing the room .....so I didn't get to say goodbye
2 weeks ago I called into the Southwold office to confirm a delivery time for tributes. My first impressions were off an abrupt staff member who was not particularly helpful. 4 days later I deliver the flowers, I asked if this doorway was the only entrance, the reply yes!. The coffin spray was 5 foot long and the staff member "snatched" it from me and knocked one end against the wall. Her sharp questions regarding who they were from. Is it ****? She used the first name rather than Mr ****. Once the funeral had taken place, I emailed Fishers on Monday 17th January to raise my concerns. As yet not even an acknowledgement. As a friend of the deceased family I am speechless as to the lack of care and respect shown by this particular staff member.
