I didn't expect much of this pub when I came here... But I got so pleasently surprised! The food was really good - especially the fish and chips. They also have quite a few vegan options which I like and it all looked really good.

Great food in an old country side pub... Best place to go after a long walk on the beach. I recommend the Breaded Fisherman's Platter with nice cold beer.

Great place to stay skippers Lodge, landlords are fab friendly very helpful. Great with the dogs, lovely food. Great for a chill.

Full of charm and warmth. Food was excellent value for money. Staff very friendly

Had a lovely meal ,just a shame the old waiter found it necessary to make a comment about my sons steak yes he likes it well done ,but for the old man to walk past and say shoe leather and laugh was totally out of order will never go back where the staff are so rude

Let down by expectation to order online at table even though no phone signal or usable WiFi to achieve this.  Staff were grumpy when asked how to order without internet, presumably because rushed off feet, and despite good reviews food was disappointing when finally sorted.

Lovely place to just chill. Staff were brilliant, food and service the same
