Quite simply the best fish and chips in the world! No where else comes close and I've been to a fair few chippies in my time. Always freshly cooked and orders taken on entry into the shop. Good selection of products and cater for gluten intolerant.have information on ingredients, run a loyalty scheme. Fully traceable fish and even advise which boat caught the fish you are eating. They have won lots of awards including best fish and chip shop of the year from the national fish fryers association and even had a royal visit from Charles and Camilla!!!!! Parking can be a bit of an issue but Well worth it! Highly recommended!!!

Officially the best fish and chips shop in the UK, we found the fish to be the freshest we have ever had and the chips were very good, too.

The curry sauce was good, but have tasted slightly better before.

The mini-fish meal at five pounds was good value, we will try gravy instead of curry sauce next time.

Overall, five out of five. Well done!

So slow!! 
Ordering when you enter can lead to a bit if a wait but there's waiting and waiting even for small thing like scollops.
They are good fish and chips when you get them but far from cheap, £1.70 for hardly any chips...

Arrived at about 5pm on a Friday, the queues were out onto the street. This means they are very good or slow at serving! They are not slow at serving! Two large skinned haddock and one portion of chips was my order. It was enough to feed the five thousand!
A sign in the shop even to us which boat caught our evening meal. Take my advice next time your in "Brid" try it you won't be disappointed.

Brilliant fish and chips best in brid friendly service alway cheerfull, Parking not good so park away from chippy when busy
