Stayed 6 nights early June and really impressed with everything about the site .pitches were large and flat ,some being fully serviced. The toilet block was spotless with lovely piped music .Best toilet block on any site we’ve stayed on . The site was very near numerous walks ,ideal if you have dogs like we had.Though the site is connected to the fish and anchor pub with its lovely beer garden ,there was no noise at night and last but not least a massive thank you to the husband and wife wardens who went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation .We will definitely be returning ,loved every minute .
Excellent customer service highly recommended, peaceful site. We was greeted with a warm welcome and helpful throughout. Site is very clean and tidy. Looking forward to visiting your site again in the near future.
Excellent. Plenty of improvements since our last stay three years ago. Pitches are large and accessible. Shower and toilets are very good and clean. Adrian gave us a warm welcome and through our three night break he was tending the field making sure it was spotless. Pub serves excellent food and a large choice of Ales. The Boat Lane brewery a short distance away is a must visit. Stratford upon Avon is easily accessible. Will definitely return.
We recently stayed at Offenham Touring Park for the 2nd time this year. Our 1st visit was very pleasant, hence why we decided to re-visit. However our 2nd visit was the complete opposite. Upon booking our visit we booked 2 adults, but inquired if our children decided to come, could we pay for them at the end of our stay? We was told "yes of course that's no problem at all" Upon our arrival we had literally been set up 5 minutes & the warden Adrian was straight over to us. He didn't say anything, but was clearly assessing our pitch. The next day Adrian came over & stated that he had looked at our booking & that there was more people on our pitch than allocated & told us it would be a problem. We explained the situation & acknowledged that we would have to pay for extra people at the end of our stay. The next day we went out for the day & within minutes of arriving back we had ANOTHER visit from the wardens, stating that they had been over to the office & that they had emailed us. I could not believe what i was reading. The email stated that they were not aware of the possibility of extra people at the time of booking!! I suggested they refer back to the booking & listen to the conversation if they are recorded & you will then realize that you WERE FULLY AWARE of the possibility. They basically accused us of being Liars & intentionally defrauding them. Not only that, the wardens followed our children's every move, making them feel very uncomfortable & approached us every day regarding the matter!! Very unprofessional, & they think they're good at their job!! JokersThe whole experience was very unpleasant & i wouldn't recommend staying there. All extra costs were paid as we intended from the outset.
Lovely site well maintained and clean toilets and showers. Local kennels with howling dogs through the night not the best unless you've drank plenty. Local residents playing loud music at 6am. When we finally got up shattered we were reminded to vacate by 11am as the pitch was booked out.unless we paid £5 we could stay till 6pm? A little bit strange and also friend s had paid in advance and cancelled due to personal reasons and no refund or credit offered. Only arrive in 1 vehicle as a second car has to be left in the pub car park due to safety reasons? Again bonkers . The pub how ever is superb with fantastic food all cooked fresh stunning quality. Over all a great weekend thank you
Excellent site. Immaculate. Didn't use the toilet facilities - or even go in - so cannot comment but I expect they are as immaculate as the site. We're coming again at Christmas so looking forward to a revisit.
Very good small campsite. Neat and tidy with a new toilet/shower block. However there are Kennels less than half a mile away so you do get howling dogs through the night. Pub serves great food.
Came here once again to what we call our 2nd home now. Totally forgot that I mentioned the reason for coming was for my wife's birthday. What a lovely surprise then, when the warden turned up with a box of chocolates and a card signed by all members of the team. We will of course be returning time and again. Lovely friendly site with plenty of walks along the riverside and into the woods. Shame we can't give it more stars.
Pristine and friendly. Really well maintained, small site for motorhomes and campers. Excellent loo and shower block, really clean. Dog friendly with nice walks from the site. We booked last minute and they were really accommodating.
This has always been a favourite site of ours. Now extra special after the kindness shown to me when I stayed on site on my own while my husband was in hospital locally
