A great place to go, with an amazing selection of freshwater livestock, along with a decent range of marine fish and corals. Lots of products, too. The staff are really helpful.

Just want to give Amy and Doug a huge thumbs up. We bought a tank at the beginning of the year and for some reason it decided to explode all over my living room. Amy was second to none in helping us. We returned the tank to the store and she gave us a new pick of a new tank to the same value (we opted to pay extra and get one we love) Absolutely fabulous customer service. LOVELY family run business and been going here for years and will continue to do so. Can't thank Amy enough.. Lovely lass. xx

the staff at fish alive are excellent with any help or advice you may need the shop is very well stocked and well worth a visit if you need advice water testing or aquatic products plants and a very good selection of fish

Really friendly and helpful staff. Huge selection of fresh warer fish abd a few marine. No question is a dumb question. Staff solved many of our issues/problems when we first started out.

It’s a good shop but there is a lot of illness and death in the tanks and they seem to happily sell ill fish. Other than that they have a good range of products and fish and somewhat low prices. I would go to other shops instead.
