Having had to cancel my appointment last week, I called in today as I was passing and the brilliant reception staff booked me in straight away. While waiting in the reception area, the 2 ladies were friendly and made me feel comfortable during my 20 minute wait.
Mr Pong is so thorough, always on time with my appointments. Discusses general health not just teeth and gums. I am so pleased that I made the right choice when I moved here. Would highly recommend

Mr Pong is an excellent dentist, very gentle and puts you at ease whilst in the chair. He is very thorough and takes time to explain with regards to treatment, brushing etc The dental nurses/ receptionists are always very friendly and if ever I have needed an emergency appointment they have been very accommodating with fitting me in.  I have been to previous dentists and you never get to see the same dentist twice, but here it’s just me Pong you see which is great continuity. I would highly recommend this practice, the treatment / practice are excellent and I wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on.

My wife and I have been patients of Mr Pong for 32 years.He always takes great care and is very gentle and considerate during treatments.One very successful treatment he performed for me was a four tooth bridge,
it was 24 years ago and still trouble free!
His staff are all professional and pleasant and I would highly recommend this practice.

I have been attending this dentist for over thirty years and it always provides a first class service. The staff are polite and very professional.  I would definitely recommend this practice.
