Having used a number of other insurance companies in the past I've found Firth and Scott to be the easiest to deal with by far. Always professional with excellent customer service and they managed to find a policy for a very tricky and complicated case that was loads cheaper than anyone else quoted.

I use Firth and Scott for all our apartment block insurance through my company In Residence, as well as my personal property and motor insurance. They are easy to deal with and offer useful advice when dealing with claims and renewals which we need as a business.
