Just Bought my new Audi SQ5 from Ben@First4cars. After viewing the car online and laying a reservation online whilst on holiday! I then visited first4cars in pudsey for a test drive I knew it was the right car for me after driving the car, anyhow i laid a deposit on the car and mentioned a few points that needed looking at on the car before collection. Ben was on holiday for the week during collection so the hand over went seamlessly through leah and the items requested to be looked at were sorted within two weeks after picking up the car. Only a couple of things which could of been improved are the aftersales and valeting as Ben was chasing the outstanding items and no comms came from aftersales at all! the car could of been valeted better on the inside/outside as there was still alot of mud and dirt on the sills and wheelarches of the car, and a bit more fuel on Collection as the light came on during travelling on the M62!, Other than that im very happy with the car, communication between Ben and Leah were excellent whilst sorting the remaining issues on the car. I would be happy to buy from them again.Thanks

Great service, quality car and simple process! I bought a car from First4 car and dealt with James Wrigg. From start to finish I was kept informed and updated throughout. My car was valeted thoroughly and given a new service and MOT before collection. I would definitely recommend First4car and will be using them in the future.
