Great help setting up a mortgage. I am inclined to believe that Andrew made it feel simpler than it actually is. 

Pros: 
Down to earth approach and attitude. 
Advise and support completely free of cost. 
Good active listening skills. 
Prompt assistance and replies to queries. 

Cons:
Nothing in particular to be honest. I personally would have preferred more robust communication on lending procedures but I appreciate it is not everyone's interest to know much about processes.

Flawlessly professional and helpful service, Andrew worked tirelessly to help us get sorted out for our mortgage. Steven and him kept us updated throughout the entire process, very friendly and I do not have a single bad thing to say about them. The 5 star rating this place has is truly deserved, they take the pain out of an often difficult and arduous process. Everything was explained to us carefully and thoughtfully, not a single part of the process was left unaddressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend or a stranger in an instant. Seriously, thank you guys.

What can i say, simply tremendous! My partner and i had been struggling to get a mortgage for months and First Mortgages were able to dig around and find out what the problems were. Within several weeks we were offered a mortgage that saved us £5500 over 5 years by comparison to what the banks offered. Not only that they charge no fees (yes it is true!) and they give a great service as well with plenty of friendly advice. Simply said, i cannot recommend Andrew, Steven and the team in Dundee enough and they have helped us more than any other financial institution in our lives!

Great service! I'm still amazed that all of that was for free. Andrew was really knowledgeable and made things really easy. Steven kept me up to date with every update. The service was really professional, and allowed me to get the best mortgage that match my needs.

Really good service from beginning to end. As first time buyers, it was really useful to have Nico talk through all of our options, answer our questions and guide us through the process.
From there Steven corresponded with us every two days to let us know the progress of our mortgage and arranged all the paperwork.
Great service and will absolutely return when our mortgage is up for renewal!
