First Mortgage are TEN stars!!! After getting a recommendation from few our friends, we decided to try First Mortgage. We had Stephen and Lesley look after us and we knew we had made the right decision. The first meeting took over an hour, but it didn't feel like it and Stephen was able to walk us through what we needed to do to buy a house, what he could do to help and he was able to answer all our questions in great detail. 
They are professional and super efficient from the start to finnish. We can't praise the branch highly enough. The overall service we received from them was excellent. We where informed throughout, very happy with the speed which things took and the staff were always helpful and polite. We are able to say this from our first home, a home we were able to get thanks to the wonderful staff at First Mortgage Kirkcaldy.

We can’t recommend Kevin and Lesley from First Mortgage, Kirkcaldy highly enough. The service was friendly, reassuring and highly efficient from first contact to mortgage approval. As first-time buyers, Kevin fully explained every aspect of the process and enabled us to act quickly to secure our dream home, working tirelessly to support us through the process. Lesley provided us with regular updates which helped us to remain at ease throughout.

An impeccably professional service which we have already recommended to several friends and family members.

Absolutely great service over there Kevin looked after all our needs from first appointment and included all facts when offering mortgage. Keeping in touch and updates on the offer was spot on with Lesley.
We really appreciate all hard work they have done for us and all time we spent. It's worth to contact them and let them look after your new home dreams.

I have giving five stars to the team at First mortgages and Stephen for their great advice and commitment  over the last month or so. After the first appointment we had a great understanding were we stood and what we had to do. If you're a first time buyer like our self and are sitting on the fence about getting a mortgage get your self down. Again big thanks to the whole team.

Kevin from First Mortgage gave us 5 star service from start to finish. The advice that he gave us was absolutely brilliant, we are first time buyers and had no idea what we were doing and Kevin went through everything in layman’s terms for us so that it was easy to understand. He wasn’t pushy at all and let us take our time to decide. We were made to feel like everything was taken care of. Thanks so much!
