Late last year a client of mine wanted to buy a house. In this case there were complications. So I turned to Gareth Morgan. My client had just changed jobs, so this and other things affected the mortgage availability. Gareth had a number of refusals before finding a good deal. That one was eventually declined but Gareth stuck to it and found another good offer which was finally accepted. Gareth and his team are a pleasure to deal with. His patience and dedication mean that I gladly recommend Gareth at every opportunity to anyone needing the services he provides.

My wife and me used First Financial Solutions to arrange a remortgage for us. We had tried our own bank initially but it seemed that the bank were putting obstacles in our way event though collateral was far from being an issue. Gareth took the application over for us with another lender and arranged the remortgage in around 15 days. Yes, 15 days. Even Gareth said that must be a record! Extremely professional and friendly service, I cannot recommend Gareth and First Financial Solutions enough.

Gareth and the team at First Financial Solutions offer a fantastic service. They keep you in the loop from the beginning of the process through to completion. Nothing is too much trouble. Their expertise in searching the whole of market is evident and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for mortgage services in the Neath or South Wales area.
