Brilliant experience with these guys. I was a bit wary due to the ratings on here but then noticed that the 5 1 star reviews span a few years and the company's been around for 10 years. We used them for hiring barriers to an event and the driver arrived on time, helped unload and did the same when collecting. Cannot fault the service. The prices were fair too! Thanks again!

Things to know: First fence don't unload and load the fencing for you (it took 5 guys 3 hours to unload). First fence state they will collect on a Friday, we send two men from Kent to Norfolk, they then inform us on the day that they won't be collecting until Monday. First Fence employees who I have emailed asking about compensation are unavailable to speak. First Fence will not be receiving any of our business ever again.

Useless company, Placed an order for £1500 for 12 barriers to be special ordered from the manufacturer. We were promised a delivery on Friday 12 May, our customer had a deadline to meet. Received an email on Monday the 15th May saying, "sorry we are out of stock, we will let you know when this item is back in stock". Chased this morning to be told that the barriers were received but half were damaged so that half was returned to the manufacturer, we would have the balance delivered next day. Our customer was informed they would have half the order next day. At 5:05PM we received a call explaining that all of the barriers have actually been returned to the manufacturer, and we cant have them because this "custom ordered" product has already been sold to another customer by said manufacturer (in the 4 hours between speaking) Basically they will feed you a string of lies! Even went to the extreme of mentioning that a controlled explosion in Birmingham, damaged our goods, even though the panels were rejected by their managed this morning, at least 5 hours before the detonation!!

NEVER, EVER USE THIS BUNCH OF LYING IDIOTS. THEY LIE ABOUT ORDER STATUS AND DELIVERY. ORDER IS WEEKS LATE. THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. GO TO BRUNDLES INSTEAD.

Delivery service is an absolute sham do not expect to get items delivered when they say they are going to, up to 2 days late, and this isn't the first time they have done this to me! I would not recommend them and i will not be using them again, Also to add they do not want to listen when you complain about the service and they will tell you its your own fault and not theirs, They will agree to things that they can not stick to. Absolutely disgusting service. BE ADVISED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
