The staff and the manager are extremely rude and every time I visit I get either insulted or disrespected for no reason and I have informed the manager that I will leave a review as I do not accept or tolerate to be insulted in any way. Beware of pickpockets as I also had my phone stolen a few months ago from my bag as well as some cash. I asked them to help me check the CCTV they were not helpful and did not even cooperate with the police whom asked to check their cameras as when I asked the police they said they have not replied to us yet. I visited the store again to ask for their cooperation but as usual I was left with disrespectful attitude. I have also heard that a lot of phones are being stolen from this place but they are doing nothing about it and they do not care. Customer service needs to be improved!

Hidden gem, great clothes for a fraction of the retail price. Picked up some Ted Baker clothes for under £10! Parking is free there for 90mins as well so a great place to visit. Both adult stores and kids stores.

This is a basic, everyday clothes shop in the Broadwalk Centre where I bought a sleeveless top and some pumps for cheap. Staff could be better when dealing with customers but its as you would expect from a low price clothes shop.

Nice place to get Next branded stuff for fraction of price especially for kids. Has home furnishings at good price. Odd thing lot of boxes were marked stolen and the staff wasn't sure why!! In edgware Broadway centre so 1.5 hours free parking.
This is horrible!!they are liars and they refused to return clothes that I needed to give back.They didn’t even tell me that i couldn’t return them.DONT COME HERE!!
