Ok, so I gave this business a 5 star rating initially. But after he hooked up a boiler pipe so that we have to empty a bucket everyday, and saying "as soon as the weather warms up, I will be back to fix it." This was WEEKS ago. We have contacted at least 5 or 6 times to get him back to fix it. He gives excuse after excuse after excuse as to why he can't come back. He finally said he would come on Saturday. I contacted again asking what time to expect him, and he ignored me. And he never showed. I didn't believe or trust the bad reviews after his initial visit. But good luck getting him out to finish his work. Won't happen. Now I understand the bad reviews. DONT use this company. I changed this from 5 star to 1 star, because he will just palm you off after he gets his bigger paid job.

Very inexperienced and very very expensive. Poor Communication. hard to get hold of once payment made. trust me and use a more reputable company or invest in boiler cover like i did. lost £360 but glad i didnt stick with him.
