I’m watching the football tonight while keeping warm by our wood burner and I suddenly realised I didn’t thank Wes and Damian for the install. We are loving our wood burner and the work carried out is of the highest standard. Our old gas fire and surround looked dated, Wes opened the fire place up and just done a fantastic job!! We are so pleased we are going to ask for another fire to be installed in the dining room, I’ll be in touch. Take care guys and thank you again

I cannot fault any of the staff in Thatcham. Wesley did an excellent job, working on his own. Removed my old stone fireplace, gas fire and old back boiler. My new surround and fire look fabulous. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, from the lady in the office really sorry I never asked your name, Damien and Bradley
Bought a fireplace, had problems ... i.e. it stopped lighting after a year. They replaced a part and still had problems. Finally stopped working again and they weren't interested in support / repair. Will have to pay for an engineer. OK for installation, follow up non existent!
All very well installed and looks fab in our new look room
Couldn’t be happier with my new log burner and the service we received from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business.
Very friendly, loads of different variety of fireplaces to look at and many brochures to take away!
