We recently had a new fire from here and we are really happy with everything. Gillian was so friendly and helpful on our first visit and David too when he sorted everything out for us. Alex was our fitter and he and the man who came with him worked in such a clean and tidy way and did a wonderful job. The man who came to plaster the chimney breast was lovely and did a great job too. We are thrilled with our new fire and fireplace and would recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you.
Absolutely love our log burner from here. David was very helpful throughout the design phase. Installation was very professional and they were incredibly tidy and clean!

They are professional throughout and offer really good advice and are interested in providing a good service and product to the customer. Gary was the fitter and he was arrived on time and did an amazing job. We are very happy with our fire and fireplace. It is an Elgin and Hall. I have recently purchased and had fitted an integral gas fire. I wish to compliment David and Gillian who were very helpful,professional and patient...we took a long time choosing! Great experience when purchasing our electric fire from the lovely Jill at the Fireplace Factory. She knew the products and what would be suitable in our home. The gas fitter Gary also went the extra mile when there was an issue with the measurements!

What fantastic company. The lady in the office Gill was brilliant no hard sell very informative and if Gill didn’t know she would find out the answer for you. No pushing for a sale . Gill went from the lowest cost and then also when asked to show the higher end. As I say no pushing for a sale. The showroom was full of different fire places . It is well worth taking time to go and visit the shop. It was bigger than I thought and lots to look at with a warm welcome. Delivery was great on time and fitting was brilliant and professional. Very helpful staff, without any pressure selling. Many different options, the difficult part is choosing the fire, surround and hearth! Replaced a condemned gas fire see photos of original fire to new one with log burner. Alex the fitter was superb, removef our old gas fire to expose the original Victorian opening, then cleaned the bricks see bricks before and after, they look great. Fitted a flue liner, logburner, slate hearth and surround. He left no mess, lying dust sheets. He even managed to work around our wallpaper. It has transformed our lounge.
