From 1st enquiry to install I can't fault the service. Zita in the office is extremely help full and knowledgable and gave the best service - nothing was too much trouble. The install team were professional, friendly and also knowledgable and answered all my questions and demonstrated the best way to use my fire. The door seal did come off the fire after 1st use no fault of Camden fires as manufacturer however they were out within a couple of hours to fix the issue. Overall a faultless service worthy of 5+ stars. A great company and a great team of staff.
We have just bought and had fitted a multi fuel stove from Camden Fires. Wonderful service from Zeta and John. All the staff have been helpful and informative. The boy’s who fitted the stove were great and very professional. Thank you so much. Will highly recommend.
Buyer beware. I don't usually review however this was the worst customer care that I've encountered from a retailer. Once you've paid they really have no interest. I had to involve my credit card company because they didn't register the gas fire for building regulations. The fire was delivered with a fault and still has the fault three months later. Camden told me I must contact the manufacturer on the basis that they didn't make the fire so can't help. Other retailers are available.
I have purchased 2 log burners from Camden fires and the service provided was 5* the staff talked me through every step from start to finish, it wasn’t like any other place were they tried to sell you the most expensive! They listened to what I wanted. Would highly recommend
Removed old Fire and back boiler, replaced with new fire and installed a new chimney pot and cage. The work was carried out efficiently and the lads were polite and cleaned up afterwards really well. The work was outstanding and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Just had our fireplqce opened up & an Electric wood burner put in. Camden fires supplied & fitted everything & did a brilliant job. The fitters were very friendly & cleaned up after they had finished.

Hot of the press Camden fires are the absolute best in the business when it comes to fire places, I have 3 installed in my own property and a further 4 in relatives house, the attention to detail is simply remarkable. High standard products and very professional, would recommend to anyone and everyone will 1000% be using them again
