I’ve been a member of other gyms previously and this is by far the best! I joined in September and everyone has been so welcoming and helpful. The classes are brilliant, different every time and you start to feel results very quickly! After having back pain pretty much constantly since having children a few years ago and needing regular physio, it’s been amazing how this has improved so much in such a short space of time (again the staff have been so helpful!) I feel so much better and have recommended the gym to so many people already! Thanks so much to Den and the team, I love it :-)

I posted a review of Firehouse Fitness a year ago and so this is an update. Still go 6 times a week, never ever been bored, can't believe the things my old body is capable of doing now. Staff - amazing, where do they find them? They work you hard and make you laugh (if you can still breathe). Sessions are inventive and exciting, delivered expertly. Members - encouraging, motivating, great company. I didn't think I needed any more friends but I got some anyway at Firehouse Fitness, and there is a no more bonding experience than surviving a Roebuck session. Why wouldn't you want to be part of this?

I have been a member of a few gyms. This is the first gym I've been to though where I have been made to feel so welcome by both staff and members. The HITT classes are excellent with lots of fresh ideas and variety involved so there's no chance you'll get bored and you definitely see results. I have also had PT sessions which I not only really enjoy but have had great results from. It's a fun and welcoming gym and I would recommend it to anyone.
