Second time using Finsbury car audio after a few years. Previous music system had no issues, just change of car. Leonard and Michael are both very nice and very good at what they do. They kept me updated what was happening and also made recommendations that would be better suited for my car. The system they put in, massive upgrade to what was in before and the sound quality is impressive. They also installed a rear camera at the same time as the car play and all professionally done. Very thing works how it should work and camera automatically engages while reversing. Very pleased with the overall look!
Excellent company with that rarest of these things these days - superb customer service. Expert advice, immediate installation and then almost unheard of a follow up call a few days later to see how I was getting on!! I would thoroughly recommend Leonard and the team.
Absolute class act - I took my older VW Golf Cabriolet to Finsbury Car Audio to get a new stereo system installed, and they did a stellar job! I explained what I wanted and my budget I bought the car second, second, second-hand as a project and a toy, and didn’t want to go too crazy, and they found the perfect receiver, speakers and subwoofer for me within my specified budget. The work was carried out expeditiously and to a high standard. They even helped me repair a few non-audio related parts of my old car! Everyone who works there is also very nice and professional! Highly recommend!
I initially bought a double din unit for my ML320 from another retailer, but it didn't fit. I called Finsbury Car Audio for general advice seeing as they were local and possibly if I could visit and he could check out my problem. Leonard was not only extremely knowledgeable, but he was first and foremost a genuinely nice person who gave his honest opinion. Leonard was super patient with me but recommended I go with a slightly cheaper option and I'd still be able to fit all my needs steering wheel controls, bluetooth audio etc. I couldn't recommend this shop enough, they know their stuff and actually do a good job. If you're local or far, support a family business and try these guys first.
Full audio upgrade. I attempted this job myself and the mess i made of it was unbelievable. These guys are pros all isses ware fixed and they had come up with a solid plan and managed execute the plan in a decent time. The audio Quality they managed to extract was far better than what I managed to get out of my equipment. Would definitely recommend.
Finsbury car audio is the best car audio equipment installer. Leonard is a total expert on all car audio issues. I have had an apple CarPlay, tracker and dash cam fitted by Dalton. I highly recommend them.
I am so glad I found Finsbury Car Audio. Everything Leonard doesn't know about car audio, you can write on the back of a postage stamp. Leonard the legend, having shopped around to a couple of places around East London, my boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised to stumble across Leonard and his team. Leonard has bags of knowledge and was a delight to discuss what we were planning to do on the Saab 900, concerned as it was a an old car, Leonard took great care and consideration when discussing the model of the audio he was going to place in the car. I would highly recommend this place, coming up to its 35th anniversary, a true craftsman of his trade, you won’t go wrong with Leonard J Senior III. Knowledgeable, great value, and all in all a local institution. Look no further for your car audio needs!!
Honestly I don’t go reviews for business cuz of sheer laziness however Leonard was so kind fixed my stereo for me. He’s a very kind and fair man. Any car audio issues he is the go to man. Look no other place. Best customer service ever.
