Popped in on Friday for a sit down lunch with friends - first time I’ve been but the best fish n chips I’ve had since I was a kid. The batter on the cod was absolutely *on point* and the chips were top too. Could not recommend enough - will definitely be going back when I’m next in the area. Staff were great too, very friendly and took great care of us at the table
Always had really friendly staff excellent service. Always call in when I'm in Porthcawl. I had chicken curry, rice and chips today. Mam had the mini cod option. Stunning food and a lovely welcome from the staff fetching my dog in. First question was do you want water for the dog. Thanks to all staff. Gorgeous food as usual
Visited on Friday lunchtime and had the most wonderful fish, chips and mushy peas. Quality, freshness and taste were second to none. Will definitely visit again and would highly recommend. Easy 5 stars.
A short walk from the esplanade is this fish & chip shop where you can eat in or takeaway.nFantastic service & all freshly cooked.nDelicious with lots of choice.
If you’re getting fish and chips in Porthcawl, this is the place to do it. Fresh, chunky goujons with crisp batter, lovely chips, homemade tartare and a good choice of options for a chip shop. We sat down and enjoyed our food. They often have deals on but happy to pay more for high quality, clean restaurant and friendly staff. Always come when I’m back home.
