We were looking for a local company to replace our kitchen window.  We visited Finesse and spoke with Bob Tooth. Told him what we wanted and he showed us an example of the product, which we very much liked. We were concerned that because we only wanted one window replaced that big companies wouldn’t want the work, or would quote silly prices. However, the price quoted was much cheaper than I expected so we agreed to them doing the work. Everything ran very smoothly there after. Bob came out and checked my measurements and then we received a visit from the surveyor. We were kept informed of progress and the window was fitted on the date specified. The 2 fitters fitted the window and cleared up all their mess. Overall we are extremely pleased with the quality of the window and the service provided by Finesse. We would certainly use them again if and when we needed another window replaced

We're really pleased with the lovely new front door Finesse Windows have installed for us.  Brilliant, straightforward service, from the initial enquiry through to installation and aftercare.  Each member of staff has been very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and communication has been fantastic all the way through. Thank you to the whole team and especially Jamie, Macie, Chris and Lindsey.

I cannot speak highly enough of  Finesse .I had a composite front door fitted and more recently a new window fitted.From the initial visit by the salesman ,to the installation itself ,the process was seamless.The quality of the products are second to none and nothing is too much trouble for them .All of the staff are super friendly and  keep  you informed all the way.They are a delight and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone

This is my first time to have a conservatory in my life. I appreciate choosing Finesse Windows to be my builder. Their designer and operation teams are nice, polite & professional. Operating schedule on time & reasonable. They can have my highly recommendation.

We have had excellent service from start to finish with Finesse Windows. Mo was the salesman who came out to look and advise on new windows for our house. He was punctual and polite and talked us through all available options. He supplied us with full quotations and detailed drawings. We opted to have the roofline replaced which Steve  did carefully, causing as little disruption as possible.  Once our order was placed Lindsey, the Client Co-ordinator took over, being fastidious in keeping us up to date with fitting arrangements via, email,text and phone. When Chris, Chad and Maisie arrived to begin the work we were quickly impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They were pleasant, courteous hardworking and cleaned up brilliantly at the end of each day. Throughout the time they were here the manager and surveyor both dropped by to check all was going well. The windows are stylish, of high quality and have a secure locking system, we are very happy with them. This is by far and away the best company we have ever dealt with, they exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely outstanding work and products supplied by finesse. We had new windows for the whole house, patio doors and new porch.The fitters Cameron and Dillon were lovely friendly lads & exceptional and  extremely professional in the quality of the work they completed. Finesse have been amazing from the start to finish of the work been completed. They kept us informed at all stages of the process and resolved minor issues without any fuss straight away. Would 100% recommend them for any work that anyone is looking to have done. Without hesitation we will be using them again for a conservatory we plan to have fitted soon. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of new doors and windows, What a company, from day one they have kept in touch all the way ,fitters Steve and Sam have done a fantastic job fitting the front door and garage door. I would use this company again.  Nick .

We're very pleased with the sash window that Finesse recently fitted in our bathroom - it's great quality.  We had great communication from the office team and the fitters arrived on time, were lovely and really took the time to make sure we were happy with everything.  Highly recommend!

Quite expensive, but reliable. Fitters and surveyor were excellent, window looks good. Communication from 'client relationship' team could have been better at times, notably post-installation.
