Having experienced some difficulties in obtaining a mortgage offer, Terry was a fantastic help. He was always very supportive and free to talk through everything no matter the time of day, explaining different options as well as taking the time to investigate further himself. His time and effort spent was very much appreciated and really did help to change our lives for the better. Myself and my family feel very lucky to have gone to The Mortgage Shop and to have received Terry’s help, and he is genuinely a lovely man. First class service overall!

Terry was fantastic.  My wife and I stumbled a couple of times trying to buy our first house - but Terry was patient, professional and extremely understanding. It took us over 1 year to finally go sale agreed on our property - that's the level of commitment, hard work and care that Terry showed!  He walked through the process with us step by step, explained in detail the technical terms and was able to secure the best deal for us.  I will be seeing nobody but Terry in the future when it comes to my home needs.  Thanks for all the help.

A family member had had a good experience and recommended speaking to Terry at the Mortgage Shop when I was changing my mortgage. He understood what I wanted and was able to present me with multiple choices, while explaining it all in simple terms. Overall, it was a painless process and I felt Terry was acting in my best interests, so I would definitely use the Mortgage Shop again.

With thanks to Terry, I now have my first mortgage. I had been to several other mortgage advisors and they had all left me feeling that I was never going to be able to get a place of my own. Terry in Mortgage Shop is the only place to go to get help with your mortgage. When we bought our house Terry was more than helpful. Kept up with all our questions, patient when there issues coping up and he was able to sort them out with his contacts in the companies we were dealing with. I cannot rate these guys enough.

I am a first time buyer and didn't really know how to start the process.  A friend recommended the mortgage shop after they helped them with their mortgage. I dealt with Terry to start the process, he was friendly, had a genuine interest and listened to my needs and answered any concerns or questions. Terry kept me informed from start to finish.

Massive thank you for all your help. Terry was very professional and listened to my concerns. He gave me a variety of mortgage options and gave me advice on his preferred option. Terry also arranged for insurance cover for me in my new home. Top class service.
