I wish I'd never set foot in the Fife Motorhome Centre. Completely unprofessional.
WARNINGnThis is a terrible company. They will lie from the minute you set foot on the premises to get you to buy. They will agree to do repairs be prepared, there will be many, but will cover them up rather than repair them where possible.nSelling unfit vehicles - damp vans, broken chassis, equipment not working, damaged wheels - I could go on.nAll will look ok initial inspection but after a few months, the paint will come off …. literally!nThey will promise you all sorts like servicing, guarantees, warranties, damp free, habitation but no paperwork. They will say it’s in the post but you will never see it.nHorrific customer service, even the management are rude, unprofessional and will never answer letters of complaint.nDANGEROUS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.nPS, many of the ‘short reviews’ on here are staff!!
After reading some really poor reviews about FMC I was a wee bit cautious but I can honestly say the buying and viewing process was very good with Iain, nothing was any bother and there was no pressure to buy, we saw a Motorhome we really liked the look off and after long discussions we decided to go up from Edinburgh and knew there and then it was the van for us. Thanks again to Iain.
Bought a motorhome from these people in May 2022 and so far have spent over £2000 putting things right like new radiator, new clutch, new brakes all round, new tyres etc and today found out the motorhome has major damp issues on 3 walls with an estimated cost of £6000 to repair.nI have contacted fife van centre on previous occasions for help but they don’t even bother respondingnnSTAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS
We have bought our last 2 vans from here.
