Since April 2020 I have been a Service User Fieldhouse Apartments/Fieldhouse. I must say that being here I been treated as a human being, I have been given choices regarding my every day living and most importantly my care. The whole team show a great standard of care and empathy towards my care and future and are willing to assist me in every possible way they can. The Doctor shows a great interest in my needs whilst I am in hospital and the future when I am ready for the community. I am living in a non violent and aggressive environment, that means I am not looking over my shoulder that aggressive service users around me and the risk of being attacked is very low and I feel very safe which I didn't in previous admission. Finally I feel I am in the correct placement where I could address my issues in a safe place with real good staff surrounding me whom will able to support me fully. Also I will able to address some traumatizing issues experience in my last admission which still effect me on a daily basis. So overall Fieldhouse staff are a great credit to vulnerable people like me and they do a excellent job and they make positive differences in our life and recovery. So thankyou everyone from Fieldhouse for your excellence ......you all are a credit to the Mental Health Act....but we are the very lucky ones to have you cause I with all the teams hard work I see a great future for myself. Thankyou
