What a disgraceful lack of professionalism during this difficult time. Tried to get my medication sent to a chemist near where I was self isolating. At first the receptionist told me there was no way they could send it to a chemist in different town and I would have to do without. GORDONS chemist in Banbridge where very helpful in find a way around this problem also stating that it would not be advisable go without my medication. Contacted my doctors receptionist again and again explained the situation. Still refusing to help me out, I explained how helpful staff at Gordon’s were by stating if the prescription was sent to Gordon’s in Antrim they would ring and get it made up at B’bridge and then delivered to my doorstep. They said they would do that, I’ve now found out they didn’t. So I’m now here self isolating and suffering with Covid 19 and not taking any of my medication. You are suppose to be saving lives not putting lives in danger!!
