Horrible experience with fiddler and taylor would never recommend them to anyone! They don't communicate with you properly, never get back to you or keep you updated with any information. No customer care what so ever. Stay well away, there are plenty more Estate agents in Ashbourne who are more helpful.

Booked a viewing with Fiddler Taylor Ashbourne.  Travelled all the way from London to Brailsford to view a property.  Despite phoning the agent I was left waiting outside the property for an hour.  Landlord never arrived and no update call from the agent.  I went to the office to find out what had happened.  No apology from the agent or the landlord.  Very unimpressed at a wasted  7 hour round trip!  I hope they do better for other potential clients.

I have rented through fidler my previous tenancy and everything ok at the beginning . When moving Home they were sending  the new possible tenants at my door to see the house ,I agreed but I knew how very rude and unprofessional that is. And to top it up I had to chase them a bit for my deposit which it wasn't cool.
