I can't recommend Fidler & Pepper enough! We received an excellent and efficient service during the 9 months that we were in contact with them. Louise Dickenson (Our point of contact) was exceptional! We were kept up to date thoroughly throughout the process and she was professional and easy to deal with. We received a login to the online portal where we could see what work had been completed by Fidler & Pepper which was amazing! we were able to see what steps were yet to be completed too. A great & friendly service from Fidler & Pepper that I would highly recommend!

Made the process of buying our first house much smoother than it could've been. The guys we dealt with replied to every email we sent which really helped put us at ease. The online tracker is also a godsend for seeing that things are being done

Corey and Lisa dealt with the sale of our house. We are very impressed with the service we recieved. The mortgage took just 46 days from viewing to completion. We had access to the live tracker which shows exactly where they are up to. Nothing was too much trouble. Would  highly recommend.

Get a star for being cheap but I really would encourage anyone considering using them to pay the extra.

Communication was close to no-existent, no empathy or desire to deliver a good service - in fact 3 weeks in deciding to decline my business rather than step up. Quite relieved really - life's too short to cope with such a company.

I have nothing but praise for Grant and Laura for the way in which our case was handled; effectively, efficiently and a very personal service. They kept us informed, dealt with any queries we had in a timely manner, and completed within the time frame we had asked. On line tracking is something that we hadn't experienced before and should be the aim for every other practice to take on board. I would not hesitate to recommend Fidler & Pepper to friends and family and will be using them again in the very near future.
