I used Fidenti for my life insurance and critical illness cover. I can’t speak highly enough. I’d go as far as to say that it was one of the most pleasant all round customer experiences I’ve ever had. They were friendly, open and honest and Nick (Director) took his time to cover every question I had, making sure that I was comfortable and understood all of the pro’s and con’s of each product so I could decide which was right for me. Nothing seemed too much trouble and their office environment was very relaxed and welcoming. I came away with a product that I was very happy with (Vitality) at a price that was right for me. They also make a lovely cup of tea! Highly recommended.

Having know Nick as a friend for many years, I asked him if he could have a look at our mortgage and life insurance. It soon became apparent our current mortgage deal was pretty poor and our life insurance inadequate.

Nick was flexible around our working hours and was always at the other end of the phone to answer any questions we had. The whole process was hassle free and incredibly fast. In 4-5 weeks the remortgage was complete. 

Nick and his team at Fidenti were able to reduce the term on our mortgage as well as reducing the monthly premiums. 

I would highly recommend Fidenti to anyone looking for a financial advise.

As a first time buyer me and my partner had no idea of the Mortgage process. Nick and his team at Fidenti were excellent at ensuring we understood every step throughout the process clearly and went the extra mile for us. Not only did they provide a vast amount of knowledge on the mortgage aspect but also information and help on the whole purchasing process. Niki who completed our application always kept us up to date and was on hand to answer any questions! Will 100% be using you guys again !

I could not recommend Nick and his team highly enough, Nicks knowledge of the market and lender requirements was extremely valuable as he was able to match me with the mortgage that more than met my needs. The speed at which he was able to arrange everything allowed me to secure the perfect family home. The level of customer service was outstanding and I will certainly be using Fidenti when it comes to remortgaging.

Hi All
Nick and his team at Fidenti make the whole mortgage/ buying a house process very straight forward and easy. They broke it all down into simple steps for me and before I knew it we had completed. 
From the very start, I felt that my individual needs were being carefully listened to. The team worked tirelessly to obtain the best deal for us and went far beyond what I expected to ensure we could meet our objective. As this was the first time we have had to apply for a mortgage, I was feeling very anxious. However I found the whole process to be extremely easy and pain free. I was given advice as to which mortgage would best for me, Then received an illustration and told what documentation I would need in order to progress speedily. I was kept up-to-date at all times,

Highly recommended and I would use you again without a doubt for a mortgage or re-mortgage.
