Excellent is the only way to describe them! A buyer was found for the property within a few days of the property going on the market but for legal reasons the sale took a year to complete. Mark was fantastic, he checked on the empty property regularly and kept me updated through the long process of waiting for the sale to go through. I cannot imagine how difficult it would have been for me without his help. A big thank you Mark.

Over the years I've lived in several rented properties and I can honestly say Fidelis are simply the best letting agents I've ever had to deal with. Friendly, efficient and fair. From a tenants point of view they are a revelation!

Fidelis were professional and courteous and were spot on with the valuation of my property with extensive research material to support their figure. I was kept informed of progress throughout the period from production of a fantastic brochure, admired by all, the discussions with the prospective buyers in price and the relationship with eventual buyer and myself to ensure a perfect completion of the selling process. Mark Flint was easily accessible throughout the period and gave valuable advice on the price and move process that was to follow. A nice friendly but professional person with great team support. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fidelis for selling your property and getting the best price.

From the time Mark came out to my property to look around and Value, I felt like he was genuinely enthusiastic about the place and really keen to work with me. He explained everything in simple terms, gave great rates and sold my property to the first person that viewed it for full asking price! All of my relationships with the Fidelis team were brilliant and I was kept in the loop the entire time. It has been a pleasure doing business with them all.

I work for a Bristol based letting agent and since working with Fidelis in November 2015 to find tenants for their portfolio of Bristol properties I have found them to be very easy and enjoyable to work with. Annalise in particular is very personable. All of the properties we have been instructed to market for them have rented quickly to professional tenants which I believe says a lot about their quality as an agent. I would highly recommend to Bath landlords having worked in the city myself in the past. Thank you Fidelis!
