Very happy with the level of service provided by Denis and his team. My roof needed replacing urgently, and the whole job was done in 2 days. I was kept fully informed of how things were progressing, which was reassuring. There was a small amount of internal remedial work required which was carried our very quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
I would highly recommend Denis and his team at All Pro Roofing & Guttering and would not hesitate to use them again. Denis was great at maintaining good communication from the offset. Denis came to view my roof and provided me with a free quote within 24 hours of me contacting him, something none of the other contractors I liaised with did. The quote Denis gave for the work was very reasonable and competitive. I also found him to be very honest about the work that actually needed doing. Other contractors had tried to push us into having work done that definitely wasn’t necessary. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision about whether to have the work done. Denis is very polite and respectful. The work was carried out in a timely manner and to a very high standard. I was sent a photo after the work had been completed so I could see what had been done. The work is also guaranteed for 5 years which I am happy about. I really cannot fault the work or service-5 stars!
A big thank you to Denis and his team for their promptness and professionalism. Annoyingly had a roof which had worn over the years and rain water started leaking into the property. Not only did Denis turn up when he said he would 3-4 others never did, he actually showed me the issues and what the solutions would be. Had no hesitation in getting him and his team to do the work and probably more to follow in the future. The industry can get a bad rep but you're in safe hands with Denis and his team!
Denis was a great communicator from when we first spoke. He was punctual and respectful when he came to do an initial assessment, explaining everything needed in a simple way and clear on what was and wasn't needed. He did not rush me to make a decision and agreed to attend a second time when I wanted to extend the scope. Honouring his first quote despite the lapse in time. He kept me updated on progress across the work continuously, and his team is exceptionally hard working. They worked long days to get the job done and ensured I was happy with all work completed. Definitely recommend.
AllPro roofing & guttering have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Initially they came to fix a leaking dormer roof/part of the main roof. After initial inspection it was clear that further work was required. The team were very transparent about what needed doing, talked me though the issues and gave me time to consider options. Throughout the fixes the team provided constant updates and have been clean / considerate. I would highly recommend AllPro roofing and guttering!
Did a fantastic job, had a blocked guttering that was causing me issues for a while; all pro came in with a ton of experience and knew exactly what to do. He came in, had a look at the problem and gave me a competitive price which we instantly agreed to. AllPro was also excellent in communicating his availabilities and timings, overall an excellent service, I will be recommending him to everyone around.
Denis and his team assessed and diagnosed the problems with my Dad's roof, and implemented a strong and sturdy replacement of the tiles and battens. They also completely insulated the roof in-between all the rafters with 4-inch foam board. The work was extremely carefully carried out, and all looks to be of a very high quality. My Dad has already noticed a significant improvement to the warmth of the house in the past few months of this very cold wind - it is now very comfortable to be in his loft even when it was stupidly cold outside! We are therefore confident that his house will remain a much more comfortable temperature if there is more extreme hot weather this summer. Each member of the team was very polite, helpful and considerate. Thank you very much indeed to Denis and team!
My roof started leaking and I needed to find someone fast. I called All Pro Roofing after reading their reviews on Checkatrade etc. Dennis came around very quickly and organised an immediate repair in the shortest possible timeframe scaffolding needed etc. The work was completed speedily, tidily and Dennis provided excellent communication throughout with regular visits, calls and text messages showing phot's of progress/issues etc. I have no problem in reccommending All Pro :
