Absolutely shocked at how bad my experience has been with this company. Do not use them. The communication with them is shockingly awful and I was completely deceived about what I was paying for. I am new to the area and in the process of purchasing a property. I contacted them as I wanted the boiler in the property to be thoroughly checked as part of my survey. I clarified that my objective was to understand if it was likely to need replacing in the near future or if there are any issues. They advised me they would go out to it and charged me £48. When I contacted them for the report they said they had 'looked at it and everything seemed fine'. I've since spoke to 2 engineers who have confirmed this is completely not acceptable and you can't tell enough from simply looking at a boiler. When I confronted FGCC about it they simply told me that I had got what I had paid for. (I was relying on them to tell me what I needed!!) They are not prepared to take responsibility for the error and so hence this review needs to go online. I've now got to pay out for a new engineer to go and do a full check and service and delay the purchase of the house. Disgusting!

They fixed our leaky boiler with a minimum of fuss for the price of a service. Seem to know their stuff.
