Vernon was such a lovely guy couldn't do enough for us , he really is a genuine and nothing was too much trouble. This stay literally had EVERYTHING from dvds for kids , computer games , sky t.v ,towels all lotions and potions ,even boxes full of toys and games , I was gutted I had taken everything I needed as I would have had more room for clothes, I have never been or stayed in a hotel like it, it was just like going to visit family, homely is the best way to put it, shared kitchen but who cooks when there on holiday, plenty of tea and coffee available with oat milk, soy milk semi skimmed, also juices  there was fruit , choc, cereal all available as and when  Rooms are spacious and very welcoming , also bright an clean, this genuinely is a home from.home, as soon as I met Vernon I felt at home, he showed us around the ballet school the girls loved it and looking at the dance costumes. he is a top guy and doing a good job. We will definatley be back to.visit SOON. So thank you so much for a lovely stay only thing I regret was not booking longer

We had a great time at the Singer House. The rooms were light, spacious, clean. We felt very welcomed by the host Vernon who provided everything we needed, including good conversation and suggestions to make the most of our time in the area. We came with two children and they did not want to leave the house. I would definitely recommend. Especially with children.

This is the worse experience I'very had booking a place to stay. After a 6 hour drive from london the owner Vernon wasn't prepared to wait for me and my family to arrive at the guest house. When we were still 2 hours within checking in time. After he had shouted at me down the phone my family and I, including my 10 month old daughter were left stranded. I had already paid £255 for the booking back in July. He turned his phone off and ignored all our calls, still even to this day. We have received no refund and to top it off he has reported us to the police.

Host was so friendly and very accommodating.had milk tea etc on arrival , vernon updated the room to a flat for me and my son with no extra charge. Would highly recommend the singer guest house .

Vernon the host was very welcoming. A lovely warm comfortable bed booked at short notice. Love the decor and proximity to the beach.

26-08-16 Not a 4 star hotel I assume that's a joke of some sort. Apartment was dissapointing mess.  Not a serious business, owner not a host of any sort. No apology for any issues we had, no thanks for our custom just a rude spiteful response to our very honest review apparently I sent shudders through him after 1 conversation. The guy is deluded.  Read the reviews carefully - and be aware the operation of this house funds his tutoring of thousands of ballerinas and YOU the paying customer come second place to them. And if you don't like it? Well, you'll be a horrible person, nasty etc etc,  never his fault

Pretty basic. Shared bathrooms. No bulbs or lampshades in ceiling light fittings. Cold. No breakfast so not a b and b or hotel it's literally a room. Owner very eccentric.

Vernon was a polite person and welcome us when we arrived, The room was nice and clean. Will go back again in the future :

Me and 3 friends stayed for 3days we had the best welcoming off vernon he will go to every extent to make sure you are having a good time I we will be always going back to singer house every time we have a jet ski break  and if you have children well this is the b&b for them brilliant family run  thank you very much Vern from the lads with jet ski see you soon
