An excellent company with first class customer service. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They take pride in producing an excellent product and have enthusiasm for creating great coffee. Having used various brands of coffee I have settled on what I believe is one of the finest. My favourite blend is Piacentina which I have used consistently for many years and have introduced several friends who have also become regular customers. When something is so good it can sell itself. I highly recommend Ferrari’s Coffee and look forward to my first cup of the day.

We work with many of the finest coffee roasters in the UK and Ferrari’s is right up there with the best. Additionally, they are some of nicest people we know and as the most established coffee roaster in Wales, they really know their stuff. I have been buying coffee from Ferraris regularly for over a year now. The coffee is always fresh and consistent throughout batches. Coffee gives good crema and is very aromatic.

The smell from the business is getting worse. I live in coychurch and we cant open windows and can now smell it in the house. Whilst I appreciate you are following all the guidance you are supposed to this is really effecting local residents. Especially those like myself and my two small children with respiratory illnesses.

I haven’t tasted their coffee but the awful smell that wafts over to Coychurch can be terrible to many of us here. Quite regularly we have to close our windows as the smell is so pungent. I’d be interested to hear Ferraris views on this concern.
