A lovely tea room with a beautiful view, and vegan options! I had the avocado and red onion toast and it was just what I needed on a hot sunny day. Good selection of plant milks, also.
I booked a table for 10 for our cycle group at the tea room. We were running late because we had some mechanical issues en route. The tea room were very flexible and were able to rearrange our booking. The food was tasty, the portions were generous and the staff were very friendly. Great fuel for the rest our cycle. Would definitely recommend.
This place is a hidden gem!! I had called prior to reserve a table. Explained was for someone special and they literally gave us a seat with a view!! Nothing to was to much to ask. Staff were lovely and attentive. I could not ask for a better place to relax and eat. All food is fresh! Would definitely recommend! Thank you for giving someone so close to me the 5 star service! Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly. Even catered to my request of half a omlette for my son. Parking: There is parking on site Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible

Lovely place for a quick breakfast or lunch. Friendly staff and customers and nice views. Kids loved it too. One star less because it would have been great if they did chips ;Recommended dishesFull English Breakfast, Sandwiches
Great place ! The English breakfast was excellent and good value for money. Service is great , very helpful, and chatty waitresses! The place has a nice feeling about it ! Will be going again ! Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kids there
VERY Poor service, no acknowledgement that our food was 1 hour and still waiting !! We asked twice and yet they said we will find out! But the staff were so laid back and didn’t come back to update us …SO we left without our food.our children were hungry and upset.. ruined our Sunday plans too. Never again
Service was terrible. They didn't bring a single order the way it was supposed to be. Confused everything. Couldn't remember the drinks we ordered as well. Weren't friendly. With regards to feed, the portions were big, pleasantly surprised about the amount of salmon they give. It was nice. But the baguette was cold, not crispy and soggy. Too much disappointments for one breakfast.
I’ve been coming here for a few years now and it is very good but recently has been hit and miss. When it gets busy, there is no order in which people can come and sit down. This creates a “every group for themselves” situation which isn’t helped by the fact there is a back door entrance as well. When paying £10 for a breakfast, you want it to be top quality. However lately, it’s coming out greasy and sometimes even cold. All ingredient are fresh and today it wasn’t greasy and spot on. They have got to take milkshakes off the menu!! In the 5 years I’ve been coming here, the machine has either been broke or they don’t have the ingredients. Menus are battered now and need to be changed. Still worth visiting, just hope you don’t catch them on an off day
Wow, what a lunch. Just had the special which was homemade Shepherds Pie and it was the best shepherds Pie I’ve eaten in 48 years, even my dog had some and she hates peas . The staff are so friendly it’s like a home from home atmosphere. Anyone that has not been must try it. Ps I’m so pleased they’ve got a dog friendly section now, with winter approaching they won’t be able to get rid of me.
