Was buying some makeup today - the lady at the Laura Mercier counter was so helpful and lovely. Helped me find great shade match for foundation, and a concealer to do my contour with- never felt rushed or anything like that. Really good experience
Bought a jacket and hat here. Fabulous customer service. Proves why we need to support our high street. Wouldn't have gotten the right thing online. Was able to try on and get colours advice
A brilliant department store for those extra special items where you want to pay a bit more.nGreat cafe upstairs and bathroom facilities with baby-changing area.nParking in the multistorey with accessible lifts. Cheaper parking for long stay on 8th and 9th floor. Currently £7.20 for all-day parking through Ringo app. Make sure you get the correct parking code for the floor parked on.
Brought a dress for my daughter’s prom from the Forever new section. Unfortunately She didn’t end up wearing it, I tried to return it in unused condition with the receipt but they wouldn’t even offer an exchange because we had gone over the returns date. Considering 4 months later they still stock the same dress and afe still selling it full price, I feel the manager could have definitely offered us a credit note for the store. Now I’m stuck with a dress that we don’t have the occasion to wear it to and extremely out of pocket.
I ove this store. They have staff that are actually intelligent which makes a difference when you have a query. Admittedly I normally wait for items to be reduced as it can be pricey but I like the label variety.
