Very quick turnaround, I wasn’t a fan of the Vouch system due to the persistent messages and emails at times but there’s no doubt that it gets the job done rather efficiently. All staff spoken to were very helpful. Shout out to Olivia, Brandon, Steve and Natasha who were great! Thank you
Very reliable service, smooth process to rent a place in Sunderland. The team are very professional and got work done on time. I had a great experience with them and would definitely recommend to all.
Can't rate low enough. Take your money and offer no services. Absolute scum bags. Robbing people of hard earned money to not even offer a service at the end of it. Natasha the admin manager has no customer service skills at all and hangs up the phone instead of dealing with queries.
